Youth Sports Camp Coach – Flexible Part-Time Opportunity
$18–$23/hour | 5–15 hours/week | Flexible Schedule
Do you enjoy sports and working with kids? DASH Sports is looking for energetic, dependable coaches to lead fun and engaging sports programs for children ages 3–12.
Our programs include basketball, soccer, flag football, volleyball, baseball, and more. You'll help kids learn new skills, stay active, build confidence, and have fun along the way.

What You'll Do
- Lead fun and engaging sports activities for children ages 3–12
- Teach basic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fundamentals
- Follow provided lesson plans and activities
- Keep kids active, engaged, and having a positive experience
- Create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment
- Manage sports equipment and help maintain an organized program
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and the DASH team
Requirements
The following are required for this position:
- Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass a standard background check
- Must be able to attend mandatory DASH Sports training in Edina on October 15th from 4:00–6:00 PM
- Must be reliable, dependable, and able to consistently attend scheduled programs
- Must be comfortable working with children ages 3–12
- Must be able to lift and transport sports equipment as needed
- Must be energetic, positive, and professional
Previous coaching, sports, childcare, or camp experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
