Get paid to play this summer! DASH Sports is hiring energetic and responsible Youth Sports Coaches to lead fun, active summer camps for kids ages 3–12. We operate in 40 cities across the Twin Cities and beyond, and we’re hiring now in Alexandria!
Responsibilities:
- Coach and teach fundamental sports skills using DASH curriculum
- Lead a group of 10–12 kids (ages 3–12) at local schools or gyms
- Work alongside 1–2 other coaches, while being the lead for your group
- Create a fun, safe, and positive environment
Requirements:
- Must be 17 years old
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (to transport sports equipment)
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- At least 1 year of sports playing experience (coaching experience preferred)
- Must pass a background check
Schedule & Training:

Monday–Thursday only (Fridays weekends off!)
- Hours: 8:30am–4:00pm or 8:30am–6:00pm

Paid training: June 3–5 in Edina (Paid for extra drive time!)
- Camps begin: June 9 | End: Mid–late August
