Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Media and Music Marketing Intern at Dash Media Partners located in Los Angeles, CA. The intern will assist with tasks related to media planning, partnerships communication, client marketing, social media editing, new media, and research. Some work from home is acceptable.
- Expectation is to work a minimum 2-4 days per week(choose days and hours that work best)
- Commitment 3-4 months
Responsibilities
• Support management of artist social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Edit short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Write captions and assist with content calendars
• Brainstorm social campaigns and fan engagement ideas
• Track trends, sounds, and platform best practices
• Help create and repurpose content around releases, performances, and activations
• Assist with audience engagement and light research
Qualifications
• Passion for music, entertainment, and digital culture
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social trends
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Strong writing skills and creative instincts
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative
• Bonus: graphic design, photography, or artist marketing experience
