Site Maintenance Team Member – Dash In
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00/hr.
Position Type: Full-time | Benefits Eligible
Schedule: May include nights, weekends, and holidays

As a Site Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help keep our store clean, safe, and running smoothly both inside and out. From maintaining the forecourt to supporting the car wash and handling light repairs, your work makes a real difference in the guest experience every day.

What you’ll do
- Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, and exterior property.
- Clean fueling areas, parking lot, and interior spaces.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain car wash and vacuum systems readiness.
- Pick up trash and keep the property looking great.
- Stock coolers and assist with deliveries.
- Provide friendly customer interactions when needed.
- Report maintenance issues to store leadership.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or GED (or able to complete our employer-paid GED program).
- Must be eligible to work in the US (Wills Group participates in E-Verify)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months of customer service or maintenance experience.
- Comfort using basic tools such as power washers and sprayers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
