Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Associate who takes pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be essential to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store and property
- Ensure the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interior spaces are consistently clean and inviting
- Perform general repairs and routine maintenance tasks
- Support site presentation by managing waste and keeping areas clutter-free
- Maintain car wash and vacuum equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly and helpful interactions
- Assist with merchandising, including stocking coolers and supporting deliveries
- Contribute to a team culture focused on continuous improvement and collaboration
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience using hand tools and basic equipment (e.g., power washers, sprayers)
- At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
