Position Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Services Specialist to join our Charlotte-based team. This role will work closely with our Business Development Manager to onboard new clients, prepare quotes for custom delivery solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active account.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding Support
• Assist in gathering and verifying client information using onboarding forms and credit agreements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely setup of new accounts.
• Communicate onboarding status and next steps to clients clearly and professionally.

• Quote Preparation & Pricing Support
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to prepare quotes for new delivery requests.
• Analyze client needs and delivery parameters to recommend appropriate service levels.
• Maintain records of quotes and follow-up communications.

• Client Relationship Management
• Serve as a point of contact for new clients during their onboarding phase.
• Ensure clients understand Dash's service offerings, delivery procedures, and communication protocols.
• Support client retention by ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with Dash's standards and client requirements.
• Maintain organized digital records of client agreements and onboarding forms.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in account services, customer onboarding, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic Excel functions.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software Xcelerator is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Account Management 1 year (Preferred)
