Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern Description:
The Commercial Real Estate Analyst Intern supports the team through research, data entry, and lead generation efforts, including cold calling in a non-brokerage capacity. This role also provides administrative assistance while offering exposure to financial analysis and deal processes through observation. Interns will gain valuable industry knowledge through hands-on experience and ongoing learning opportunities.
Marketing & Research Intern Description:
The Marketing & Research Intern assists in the production of listing materials such as Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) packages and Offering Memorandums (OMs), while supporting email campaigns and social media content creation across multiple platforms. This role involves conducting research and data collection to enhance marketing efforts and property positioning. Interns will also provide administrative and team support while gaining practical experience in commercial real estate marketing.
