Recruiting Coordinator | Position Description:
PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the Director of Recruiting throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and correspondence to creating brand content and achieving brokerage growth goals. The ideal candidate has prior Customer Service or Recruiting experience and is a detail-oriented, forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Manage Recruitment Operations: Assist in daily recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and maintaining candidate correspondence appropriate recordkeeping, ensuring alignment with company values and maintaining clear communication within the team.
- Pipeline Management: Implement strategies, systems processes as identified in the Recruiting Department and assist in screening candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience, providing regular communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
- creating content that showcases the company's culture and values to the target audience and potential candidates. Additionally, assist in preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, while gathering feedback for process improvement.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service or Recruiting Experience Preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs, Pipeline Management, G-Suite Technology
- Team Mentality, with the ability to work independently
- Verbal Written Communication skills
- Time Management Organizational skills
Pay: $47,250.00 per year
