Candidate must possess the required Maintenance & Carpentry Skills:
· Working knowledge of carpentry, construction, repair, & rehab. skills.
· Extensive knowledge of carpentry, plumbing,& electrical a plus, including:
- o Hanging and finishing drywall
- o Installing doors and millwork
- o Painting
- o Light plumbing
- o Light electrical work
- o Siding
· Solid troubleshooting skills: appliances, plumbing, and electrical components
· Completing work orders and apartment turnovers
· Completing necessary paperwork
· Communicating with the management team as necessary
· Maintaining supplies and inventory
· Obtaining vendor bids for select and special tasks.
