What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Manager (Healthcare) position at Darwin Research Group?
Darwin Research Group is hiring an operations-driven Research Manager to lead a team of 10–12 researchers responsible for producing structured profiles of major U.S. health care organizations. In this role, you will run the production engine—overseeing team management, workflow optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement. While healthcare experience isn’t required, you must be able to quickly learn new industries, concepts, and analytical frameworks to credibly guide the team.
This is an in-person position located in our Scottsdale office.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop an early-career research team
- Manage production operations, capacity planning, deadlines, and quality
- Improve processes, resolve bottlenecks, and track key performance metrics
- Review work for completeness, accuracy, logic, and adherence to standards
- Contribute insights that guide the evolution of our syndicated research products

Healthcare experience is not required. Strong operations, editorial, or research production backgrounds are welcome.
