Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and ongoing account growth
- Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, market access, and strategy stakeholders at enterprise pharma clients
- Develop a deep understanding of Darwin's service offerings and translate them into client-specific solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with internal research and consulting teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Represent Darwin at industry conferences and client meetings (approximately 20% travel)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a full-cycle enterprise account management or sales role
- Healthcare industry experience is required
- Demonstrated success selling to or managing enterprise-level clients
- Consulting experience is a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed with a strong ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive
Compensation
- Base Salary: $120,000-$140,000
- OTE: $160,000- $180,000
