HVAC Technician - Oregon

A long-established, employee-owned industrial boiler service company is seeking experienced Boiler, Burner, or HVAC technicians to join its field service team. The company provides end-to-end boiler and combustion solutions across multiple industrial sectors and is known for technical depth, safety culture, and long-term career investment.

• 30 years in operation with multiple service locations across California

• 100% employee-owned (ESOP) - technicians have a direct stake in company success

• Full-service provider: sales, rentals, installation, service, controls, and 24/7 emergency support

• Works with leading boiler and burner manufacturers (sales & service partner)

• Serves industries including food processing, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, agriculture, and government facilities
  
  

• 3-10 years of experience in boilers, burners, combustion systems, or HVAC

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong safety-first mindset and professional work habits

• Proven longevity with previous employers

• Trusted to work independently and represent the company in the field

• Motivated, hungry to learn, and committed to building a long-term career
  
  

• $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience

• Company service truck (can be taken home)

• Gas card provided

• Paid windshield time riding with senior/lead technicians

• Structured training and nationally recognized certifications

• Exposure to complex, industrial-scale boiler and combustion systems

• Clear path to senior technician and specialist roles
