This position requires a board‑caliber finance leader with a proven track record of driving value creation, professionalizing finance organizations, and partnering closely with investors in dynamic, scaling environments.
The incoming CFO will serve as a strategic architect of the company’s next phase of growth, working closely with the C-Suite and investors to bring discipline to financial operations, elevate reporting and analytics, and shape the roadmap for both organic and acquisitive expansion.
What You’ll Lead
- Investor‑backed leadership: Prior experience operating as CFO or senior finance leader within a PE‑backed or investor‑owned environment, with the ability to navigate board expectations, value‑creation plans, and exit‑driven timelines.
- Operational excellence in a roll-up style platform: Deep understanding of unit economics, and the operational levers that drive margin expansion and customer‑centric growth.
- Scaling from $125–200M: Demonstrated CFO leadership within organizations of similar scale, with the ability to build structure, process, and rigor without slowing momentum.
- Finance transformation: Lead ERP and core process evaluation, ensuring systems and controls are fit for scale and capable of supporting real‑time decision‑making.
- M&A and integration: Hands‑on experience with acquisitions and post‑deal integration, including synergy capture, systems alignment, and cultural integration.
- FP&A modernization: Build a forward‑looking FP&A function with robust KPI frameworks, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and enhanced organizational visibility.
- Strategic partnership: Work closely with the CEO to define and execute company strategy, introducing new procedures, insights, and operational improvements where needed.
