What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer position at Dartmouth Partners?
Dartmouth Partners have been retained by a leading mid-market Private Equity firm, in the hire of a Chief Financial Officer for one of their Portfolio companies. In the Consumer Services space, the business is seeking a CFO that can bring expertise within high growth environments and ideally with a background in Private Equity backed organizations. The business is currently at $155M in revenues.
Responsibilities
- Prior experience within a PE or related investor-backed environment
- Strong understanding of consumer services environments
- CFO leadership experience within $125-200M revenue organisations
- Key processes and ERP evaluation
- Prior M&A activity and subsequent integration requirements
- In-depth understanding of FP&A and KPI's to benefit the ongoing professionalization of the org
- Assist in defining company strategy and apply new procedures and ideas where required
- Comfortable with consistent liaison and communication between Investor and org
- Ensuring effective internal controls and compliance
- Supporting CEO on internal and external business activities
- Hiring and supporting a best-in-class Accounting and Finance team
