Prospective Pay System Coordinator

Position Summary

The PPS Coordinator/Rehabilitation Data Analyst is responsible for planning, developing, and overall coordination of activities that support the Prospective Payment System (PPS) and Quality Reporting Program (QRP) processes for Acute Rehab. Additionally, this individual is responsible for supporting the identification, collection and presentation of quality metric of the Rehabilitation Department.

Qualifications

BS in related field and healthcare or clinical experience preferred. Ability to work independently; demonstrated ability to deal effectively with people; ability to maintain confidentiality; strong communication skills; familiarity with Excel or other data collection tools.
