Responsibilities
General Clinical Practice
- Performs all assigned patient care responsibilities according to the standards of care at NLH and within the scope of practice established for LNAs.
- Demonstrates the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the population served.
- Documents care provided using hospital standards.
- Reinforces education to patients and families.
- Reports any untoward symptoms or changes to appropriate RN/LPN.
- Monitors the patient environment to assure that it is safe and free from hazards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LNA program
- 0-1 year relevant clinical practice Hospital experience preferred
Required Licensure/Certifications
- LNA - NH or temp LNA - NHREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- (BLS) Basic Life Support
- Area of Interest: LNA/MA
- Pay Range: $20.68/Hr. - $32.05/Hr.
- FTE/Hours per pay period: 0.90 - 36 hrs/per week
- Shift: Night
