Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center's Rehab Medicine division is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional care to patients in need of rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting.

Lebanon and the neighboring town of Hanover, home to Dartmouth College, are located in the “Upper Valley” which straddles the pristine Connecticut River, a national heritage river and includes 46 towns in western New Hampshire and eastern Vermont. Responsibilities
- Examines, evaluates, diagnoses, determines prognosis and provides intervention. Reports findings to other health care team members. Provides discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
- Plans therapy involving physical exercise, massage, heat, water, etc.
- Participates in and supports in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, Professional Practice Committee, committees, etc.
- Provides documentation, billing, and record keeping. Participates in compliance audits.
- Coordinates the scheduling of patients and meetings.
- Determines and implements annual plan for professional development.
- Delegates tasks to support personnel.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree if graduate prior to 2002; minimum of Master's degree if graduating in 2002 or later.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Licensed PT with NH eligibility - BLS
Area of Interest: Allied Health- Pay Range: $77,792.00/Yr. - $124,467.20/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
