Dartmouth Health is looking for full-time Registered Respiratory Therapists who want to work in a fast-paced critical care environment with a high degree of autonomy using a multitude of respiratory driven protocols. We are offering the opportunity to work at an academic medical center in a rural environment. RRTs at DH set up and operate various types of oxygen and other therapeutic equipment. Administers prescribed doses of medicinal gases and aerosolized drugs.
DH Respiratory Therapists work in Adult Critical Care, Neonatal and Pediatric critical care, neonatal transport and ECMO.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with minimum 1-2 years critical care experience in academic or tertiary care facility.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Current New Hampshire license as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
- Successful completion of hospital based ECMO Specialist training and certification.
- ACLS upon hire.
- PALS and NRP required for pediatric care.
Salary : $15,000
