Supervisor Float Pool-Inpatient Teleservices

The Float Pool and Inpatient Teleservices Department Supervisor provides oversight of daily operations and patient flow and assists the Clinical Leader and Director in the overall management of the department, including professional development and performance management for staff. Promotes and maintains the philosophy, values, standards of performance and goals of the organization and the department. Promotes effective teamwork and a positive culture to meet departmental goals of clinical excellence and customer service. Assures that nursing care provided meets or exceeds the standards of practice, is consistent with evidence-based practice. Assists with the development and implementation of department staffing plans. Assigns staff to patients per current unit workload considering acuity, staff experience and competency. Participates in performance management of staff members to include coaching, preparation of performance evaluations, and the performance management process.

Graduate of accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree (or completion within 24 months of hire). Four years of related specialty nursing experience. 2 years of progressive responsibility within an acute care setting required. Current New Hampshire RN license. BLS, required

Maximum: $59.29
