The Department of Rehab Medicine seeks a per diem Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient team. Be a part of a robust rehab team in a leading healthcare facility, and assist patients in developing, improving, and recovering the necessary skills needed to perform their daily activities after surgery, illness, or injury. The position serves pediatrics to geriatrics and supports numerous service lines. Prior hospital experience is preferred, but all are encouraged to apply.
The position is per diem. Hours are 800 AM-430 PM (potentially weekdays and weekends). Shift differentials are available for weekend, and certain holidays.

- Provides discharge recommendations, exercise programs, and family teaching.
- Participates in and supports departmental programs such as in-service education, student programs, volunteer/observation programs, Professional Practice Committee, etc.
- Provides documentation, billing, and record keeping. Participates in compliance audits.
- Coordinates the scheduling of patients and meetings.
- Delegates tasks to support personnel.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with NH eligibility
- BLS certification required
- Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR) required at hire, renewal optional.
