- Salary tiers starting at $259,400 with increases based on CRNA experience
- 10 weeks of approved time off annually
- Up to $75,000 in total incentives, paid over 2 years
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, calculated based on mileage
- Day-one health, dental, and vision coverage
- 403(b) with up to 6% employer match
- All licenses and certifications are reimbursed
- No income or sales tax for New Hampshire residents

Required Licensure/Certifications
- Current New Hampshire RN license.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
- Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
Salary : $15,000 - $259,400
