| Position Purpose | This position serves as a representative for Facilities Operations & Maintenance (FO&M) supporting the delivery of capital projects. The coordinator will be involved in all phases of the construction projects including planning, design and construction, with emphasis on commissioning, project turnover and acceptance, warranty and post-construction review. This involvement is intended to ensure project delivery goals are aligned with operational goals. Specifically, the Coordinator will work with the project team to ensure that construction projects are delivered operationally ready, fully functional, Dartmouth-compliant, and maintainable. They will ensure operations visibility on key project activities, with a focus on efficiently completing necessary design and construction reviews and transition activities. |
