Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:30 am - 3:30 pm (Subject to change)
Hourly Rate: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist the boom truck operator with safely positioning and maneuvering the truck during loading and unloading of sheetrock materials.
- Support loading sheetrock onto the boom truck and unloading it at job sites using proper lifting techniques.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage during transport and delivery.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with basic maintenance of the boom truck and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Communicate clearly with the boom truck operator and team members to coordinate work effectively.
- Help ensure materials are delivered accurately and meet project specifications.
- This position may require operating a company pickup truck to travel to and from job sites; a clean driving record is required.
Essential Functions and Physical Demands
The following are the essential functions of this position. Employees must be able to perform these tasks safely and effectively.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver sheetrock panels weighing up to 100 pounds (team lift as required).
- Perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks for extended periods, including bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting.
- Stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
- Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other elevated work platforms.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain hand-eye coordination, balance, and manual dexterity necessary to handle materials and tools.
- Perform all essential duties in a safe and efficient manner within a team environment.
Note: These functions are considered essential. Employees who cannot perform these functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, are not qualified for this position.
Background Screening
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check. All screenings are conducted in compliance with applicable Massachusetts laws and regulations.
Information obtained through these screenings will be used solely for employment-related purposes and will be handled confidentially. A clean driving record is required for any position that involves operating a company vehicle.
Drug & Alcohol Testing:
We prioritize safety. Random monthly drug and alcohol testing is conducted for all safety-sensitive positions. You must be able to pass all required testing. Testing includes pre-hire, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing, in accordance with applicable laws.
