Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) serving as a Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy initiatives, oversee clinical assessments, and supervise the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder delivered by RBTs. Duties
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and junior staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols based on ABA principles.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations, to develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques focused on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social development for children and individuals with autism.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Prepare detailed medical documentation, progress notes, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, healthcare providers, and families—to coordinate care plans and support services.
- Lead training sessions on applied behavior analysis techniques, medical terminology, and data collection methods for staff members.
- Ensure all patient records are maintained accurately within electronic health record systems and facilitate smooth intake processes.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and electronic health records management.
- Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures within behavioral health or special education settings.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and external providers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Pay: $30.50 - $35.50 per hour
