Experienced Line Cook

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team in a fast-paced corporate dining café setting. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is driven by a genuine love for hospitality and the culinary arts. If you're looking to work Monday through Friday with early shifts and have a background in fine or corporate dining, we'd love to hear from you.

• Prepare and cook food items across various stations including prep, deli, and grill
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to develop and improve menus
• Uphold food safety standards and comply with all health and sanitation regulations
• Support the kitchen team during peak service hours with speed, precision, and professionalism
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continually enhance the guest dining experience

• At least 3 years of experience in fine dining or corporate dining kitchens
• Strong prep, deli, and grill skills with a commitment to consistency and quality
• A deep respect for food and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Punctual, dependable, and solution-oriented

• Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM - your evenings and weekends are yours!
