Dart Marketing is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth through high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach. You’ll own top-of-funnel activity—prospecting, qualifying, and booking discovery meetings that convert into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call targeted ICP accounts daily; open conversations, qualify needs, and set meetings for our sales team.
- Follow proven call frameworks and objection handling, while personalizing intros by industry and role.
- Run multi-touch cadences (phone-first email LinkedIn) using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Qualify leads against clear criteria (pain, authority, timeline, budget signals) and route accordingly.
- Maintain clean CRM data: log calls, notes, next steps; update stages and dispositions in real time.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to refine messaging, target lists, and offers.
- Track and report on activity & outcomes (dials, connects, meetings set, show rate, SQLs).
- Support proposals, follow-up docs, and handoff to AEs post-meeting.
- Excellent phone presence; confident, concise, and consultative communicator.
- Resilient and coachable with strong follow-through; comfortable with daily call targets.
- Experience with Google Workspace, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn; dialer/VOIP experience is a plus.
- Understanding of B2B prospecting, basic discovery, and pipeline hygiene.
- High ownership mindset and genuine interest in sales, client relations, or digital marketing.
- Experience: 0–2 years in SDR/BDR/inside sales (internships and call-center backgrounds welcome).
