We’re looking for a skilled, customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team! This isn’t just about resetting passwords—it’s about being the face of IT support, solving real challenges, and making tech easier for everyone.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Support Windows desktop/server environments (up to Windows 11 & Server 2022)
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues like a pro
• Install and configure systems, apps, and printers
• Respond to support calls/emails with clarity and confidence
• Translate “tech speak” into plain English for non-technical users
• Work independently AND collaborate with a smart, supportive team
• Visit nearby sites (yes, reliable transportation is a must!)
📈 What You Bring:
• Proven IT help desk experience
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and troubleshooting tools
• Clear communication and excellent customer service skills
• A passion for tech and a get-it-done mindset

• Linux support experience
• PowerShell/Bash scripting
• SQL know-how
