Dartphone is an Oklahoma based company offering Free phone ervice for low income households through the Lifeline program. All services are free for those who qualify through several government programs, such as Food Stamps and Medicaid.
This position is responsible for growth in the Lawton area and surrounding communities through hiring agents, working with community partners and managing locations (outdoor tents and stores).
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop Distribution Partners, Event Management, Marketing, Retail Store Leadership
- Market our free Lifeline services
- Recruit & Train Agents as Distribution Partners (all supplies are provided)
- Partner with community based agencies (food pantries, etc) for tent events
- Locate tent event sites and execute event
- Help open and run stores
- Manage sites (outdoor & store)
- Manage equipment & inventory
- Routine call with distribution partners to ensure full compliance with OCC regulations
- Audit and secrete shop distribution partners to ensure full compliance with FCC, USAC and Lifeline Program Rules
- Implement distribution process with compliance with regulations
- Provide leadership to all locations
- Other duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience.
- Ability to communicate with individuals of various backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Lift and/or move, push/pull up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to set up and tear down equipment such as tent, inflatable marketing materials with fan and large boxes of inventory
- Contingent on any permits required
