- Handle high volumes of phone calls & emails
- Process purchase orders
- Assist with smooth day-to-day running a busy office
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service (preferably in oil & gas)
- Ability to stay organized& juggle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is a plus
- Professional demeanor.
