Location: Mason, MI; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL
- If you are unable to be based at our facility locations, this position is available as a remote role. Please note that remote work requires 50-60% travelas needed for projects.
- Lead moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics projects from initiation through closeout
- Partner with leadership to define scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and business cases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver results
- Track milestones, risks, scope changes, and financial performance; communicate status and recommendations to leadership
- Support manufacturing and distribution network planning aligned to cost savings and OPEX goals
- Capture lessons learned and complete project closeout and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing moderate to large-scale supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics projects
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Manufacturing or distribution experience
- Exposure to OPEX or transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of SAP and OnePlan
- Project management training and/or PMP certification
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Clear, confident communication
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Sound decision-making and judgment
- Personal accountability and reliability
- Ability to build trust across teams and partners
- Dart is unable to employ those who currently live in and expect to work out of any of the following U.S. states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin, however relocation assistance to the Mason, MI area may be considered in lieu of full-time remote work.
