Procurement Sourcing and Operations Manager
This position is responsible for driving financial and operational performance within assigned commodities. The Procurement manager will partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure lowest total cost of ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- Negotiating long-term strategic supply contracts at advantaged pricing
- Managing sourcing and supplier engagement activities, including RFPs, spend analysis, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract completion, and supplier consolidation
- Planning and approving resources, delegating Procurement projects to appropriate teams
- Reviewing, approving, and communicating standardized practices and procedures for Procurement activities
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain
- Ten years of experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or relevant field
- Five years of leadership experience with supervisory experience and strong leadership and management skills
