Maintenance Supervisor - Parts & Bead Room

Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a critical role in keeping our parts and bead room running smoothly!

In this role, you’ll spend 75% of your time on the floor, leading a team dedicated to maintaining and improving maintenance operations in our bead and parts room!!

Shift:

• Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise maintenance operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.

• Lead by example to promote a strong commitment to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

• Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.

• Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations.

• Track KPIs, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance and reliability experience.

• At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (automation, robotics, controls).

• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with plant production software (SAP preferred).

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
