What You’ll Do
- Perform a variety of cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize common areas including lunchrooms, break rooms, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and empty trash bins.
- Replenish supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory.
- Dust surfaces and clean glass as needed.
- Support production areas by cleaning equipment, removing debris, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards (KPIs).
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic English proficiency for safety and training communication.
- Previous janitorial experience.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
- Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
