Schedule
This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.

Schedule

Available Shifts Include
- 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium )
- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Starting pay of $20 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts

- Weekly pay
- Inspect finished products and verify package counts
- Assemble and tape boxes for shipping
- Perform routine quality checks throughout production
- Safely start and stop machinery following standard procedures
- Ability to meet safety and quality standards
- Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
- Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred
- Prefer structured, repetitive work
- Like working fewer days with longer hours
- Take pride in accuracy and consistency
- Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet
- Show up reliably and on time every shift
- Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
- Lift, move, push, or pull materials regularly
- Steel-toed shoes required
- Dart provides assistance/reimbursement for approved safety shoes
