Core Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Must be able to stay focused and engaged in an active and open work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to convey clear and concise responses to inquiries
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create basic reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
- Associates degree in business, human resources or related field, preferred
- Experience working in a Human Resources Department or in a service center, preferred
