What are the responsibilities and job description for the Die Casting Foundry Maintenance/Process Technician position at Dart Casting, Inc.?
Responsibilities
Ø Maintenance: Installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial die casting production machinery. This position involves working with electrical (120-480AC and lower AC/DC control voltage), mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and schematics.
Ø Various positions with more/less experience (and increased pay) are available!!
Qualifications
Ø Experience in PLC’s, wiring, welding, pipefitting, power and hand tools, micrometers, calipers, hoists, multimeters, tow motor operation.
Ø Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving with minimal supervision.
Ø Able to work full-time and possibly some overtime.
Ø Able to lift up to 35 pounds
