What You'll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries while working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to technical support requests via phone, email, and Salesforce
- Managing customer cases from initial inquiry through resolution
- Coordinating warranty evaluations, RMAs, repair orders, and replacement parts
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Monitoring case progress and ensuring timely customer communication
- Supporting documentation, reports, and technical reviews
- Traveling occasionally to support customer needs
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing technical or customer support cases
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or other technical industries is considered an asset
