JOB TITLE:
Scheduling Coordinator
REPORTS TO:
Executive Director
Individuals eligible for this role must possess High School Diploma OR 2 years of related experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening and drug screen
Essential Functions: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Providers are scheduled to facilitate treatment services.
Core Competencies:

2. Administrative Abilities: Utilize electronic records systems and Microsoft Office as well as any other adopted systems that Darrin’s Place Behavioral Health incorporates into their scheduling needs. Able to produce and maintain quality record keeping throughout assigned processes.
3. Collaboration: Maintains relationships professionally in a teamwork setting to ensure fluid communication throughout the scheduling processes of Darrin’s Place Behavioral Health.
4. Analytics: Possesses strong analytical skills to provide quality revue of scheduling processes in accordance with facility demands. Maintains current knowledge of policies and program changes.
Position Duties:
Ensure schedules for Provider and/or clients are created one day in advance for therapies.
Prepare daily schedules to inform persons served of appointments
Ensure schedule for transportation is created in a timely manner.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets to include the following: Intake Spreadsheet, Client List, Counselor Assignments, Insurance Count, Individual Count, Group Attendance Sign-In sheet, and IOP spreadsheet for clients who reside off property
Prepare daily report to administration outlining attendance
Manage group rosters in BEHR and ensures they are up to date and assigned correctly
Responsible for making changes to participant program enrollments as treatment recommendation or needs change.
Schedule staff requiring supervision with appropriate supervisors.
Maintains HIPAA compliance in all actions
