After working with one of the largest State Farm agents for over 22 years, I established our Legacy office on January 1, 2019, with a second location in Big Rapids set to open in early 2025. As a Grand Valley State University graduate and an ambassador for the Cadillac Area Chamber of Commerce, I’m deeply invested in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
