We are a Long Island high-end custom cabinetry and millwork shop seeking a hard working, experienced Cabinet Installer / Cabinet Maker / Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about woodworking, cabinetry, and precision installation, and takes pride in delivering high-quality custom work.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience using Millwork Machinery.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to a professional work ethic
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Cabinet Installer, Carpenter, Millworker, or Woodworker
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/shop drawings and work to exact measurements
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with millwork machinery (saws, planers, routers, sanders, etc.)
- Experience with CNC Machining: CNC Machinist, CNC Machine Operator, CNC Operator, CNC Programmer, or CNC Machinist Programmer is a plus
- Strong woodworking and cabinetry skills; experience in furniture making or woodmill operations a plus

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and CNC/G-code specifications to guide precision cabinet fabrication and fitment.
- Saw, cut, shape, and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to create high-end millwork and custom cabinetry.
- Perform trim carpentry, frame construction, and precise joinery; install hardware, finishes, and detailing to meet design specifications.
- Maintain accurate material estimates, manage production timelines, and ensure quality control at each stage of fabrication.
- Uphold safety protocols, maintain equipment, and clean work area to ensure a safe, efficient shop and site environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
