Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, with basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while multitasking seamlessly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus to better understand food preparation processes.
