Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and care.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and basic inspections.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete service tasks.
- Diagnose tire-related issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge.
- Assist customers by explaining services, recommending solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
Skills
- Experience in changing tires a must. 3 documented years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and tire service procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy environment.
