Job Overview
We are seeking for a motivated Laundry Service Specialist to be part of our family as a full-time closing position (3pm-9pm) at Darrell’s Coin Laundry. We are a local veteran-owned, family business who pride our services with customer service excellence, clean and healthy environment, and stewards for our community. Must be flexible and may have to work weekends. Must have a positive attitude, reliable, high integrity, maintain cleanliness, and most important customer service friendly.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Welcome all customers entering laundromat and assist them with their laundering needs
● Ensure cleanliness of the laundry facility and equipment at all times, to include wiping down machines, emptying lint traps, inspecting for debris in machines, disposing of trash, cleanliness of restroom, and keeping floors clean and dry
● Tag-out machines that are un-serviceable due to machine error
● Perform wash-dry-fold service drop-off from customers in accordance with procedures
● Process Point of Sales (POS) transactions from wash-dry-fold services
● Perform any other related work as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
● Excellent customer service with a positive attitude
● Friendly, assertive, organized, and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Love to keep things clean and neat
● Must be 18 years or older
