You must be able to commute to our Jonesboro, GA office as needed for shared workspace, mentorship, and team standards. Preferred: within ~30–40 minutes of Jonesboro.
About the role
We’re building the Darrell Harold Inspection Network, led by an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector. This is a partner-style opportunity for inspectors who want to focus on inspections while benefiting from a professional brand, mentorship, and a shared office environment.
You’ll complete residential inspections to our standards and may receive company-generated leads. You can also bring your own clients into our system.
What you’ll do
- Perform residential home inspections and document findings with clear photos and notes
- Deliver reports within 24 hours
- Follow our SOP/checklist standards for consistency and quality
- Communicate professionally with clients and agents on-site
- Participate in a simple weekly prospecting requirement to grow our agent network
Prospecting requirement (part of the network)
- Associates: acquire and enter 10 new real estate agent email addresses per week into ISN
- Certified Partners: acquire and enter 5 new real estate agent email addresses per week into ISN
Membership credits (can reduce fees)
Membership can be reduced (or in some cases eliminated) through monthly prospecting performance, based on valid agent contacts entered into ISN.

Requirements
- Active home inspection experience preferred (newer inspectors considered with the right attitude)
- InterNACHI certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must carry your own E&O and General Liability insurance
- Reliable vehicle, ladder, and inspection tools
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to meet report turnaround and quality standards
Compensation (partner model)
This is a partner-style, performance-based model with:
- Monthly membership (workspace network benefits)
- Revenue share on company-generated leads
- Lower platform fee on inspector-sourced clients processed through our system
