What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Assistant position at Darr Equipment & Repair?
We’re looking for a reliable Shop Assistant to support our automotive, diesel, mixer repair, and heavy-equipment repair shop.
Duties:
- Assist mechanics in shop and on service calls
- Assist with keeping shops clean/organized
- Pick up parts/run errands
- Help with loading/unloading
Requirements:
Strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanical interest a plus - willing to train dependable employee.
Full-time, Monday–Friday - Darr, NE (Kearney commute provided)
PTO, paid holidays, HSA
Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
