Primary Duties And Responsibilities

- A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work
- Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred
- Secondary certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience at the middle/high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
- This position may include teaching responsibilities

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit
- Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the softball program
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the field
- Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others
