The Quality Control Technician is responsible for testing and monitoring quality of all products.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Completes profiles on production finished materials and on product purchases and shipments per Company standards.
- Serves as liaison between the plant and Central Lab with respect to product quality.
- Obtain, package, and ship samples for testing to Central Lab
- Submit test results to Supervisor, General Manager, Plant Manager and Sales Manager.
- Perform quality analyses on finished products.
- Maintains lab, materials, and work area in clean condition.
- Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma.
- One year prior laboratory experience.
- Work well with others in a team, management, and regulatory environment.
- Highly organized; superior time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
- Safety conscience; detail oriented; able to multi-task.
- Good computer skills.
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
- Occasionally push, pull, move, or lift 50 lbs.
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
- Job functions will be carried out in an office, lab, or plant environment.
