Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Investigate and Analyze Cyber Activity
- Use the Darktrace platform and other tools to review alerts, dig into activity, and understand what’s happening on customer networks.
- Perform real‑time and retroactive analysis during active security incidents.
- Identify trends, campaigns, and unusual behavior across customer environments.
- Share interesting cases or discoveries with the team.
- Write clear, simple summaries of what you found.
- Talk with customers to explain what’s going on and answer their questions.
- Contribute to internal and customer‑facing reports.
- Support technical content like short blog posts or summaries of unique threats Darktrace detects.
- Help customers get the most out of the Darktrace platform through guidance and best practices.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on Darktrace technology.
- Participate in internal projects that improve tooling, workflows, or analysis quality.
- Always maintain high standards of security, professionalism, and ethics.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work on‑site in Dallas Texas at our local office Monday–Friday
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, technology, or problem-solving
- Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions
- Professional attitude and respect for teammates and customers
- Commitment to data security and confidentiality
