Job Title: On-Site Representative - Bilingual in English and SpanishLocation: Savannah 31408Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMAvailability: Must be open to work on-call, including after-hours during the week and weekends as neededPosition Overview:We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive On-Site Representative to represent our staffing agency at one of our clients’ warehouse locations. This individual will serve as the main point of contact between our agency, the client, and our team of lumpers. The On-Site Rep will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting our team, and ensuring accurate reporting for payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the liaison between the staffing agency, warehouse client, and assigned workers (lumpers)Organize and coordinate daily shift schedules and assignments for lumpersMonitor attendance, breaks, and overall performance of the teamProvide on-site support and guidance to workers during their shiftCommunicate promptly with the agency and client about shift needs, updates, or issuesUpdate and maintain accurate work records in the agency’s system to ensure correct and timely payroll processingAssist with the onboarding of new workers at the site when requiredHandle urgent or unexpected staffing matters, including being available after-hours and on weekends if neededQualifications:Previous experience in staffing, logistics, or warehouse environments preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities professionallyComfortable using digital systems for time tracking and data entryBilingual (English/Spanish) -Required Benefits:Compensation based on experienceSupportive and collaborative team environmentAfter successful completion of the trial period:401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO)Sick timeApply now with your most updated resume! Powered by JazzHRsBkUBEvYzT
