Culinary Supervisor
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Culinary Supervisor to lead daily back-of-house operations while ensuring consistent food quality, cleanliness, and overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide kitchen staff throughout daily operations
- Supervise food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory levels, product ordering, and waste reduction practices
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Monitor workflow efficiency and support process improvements where needed
- Collaborate with team members to uphold strong service and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in kitchen supervision or management preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and organizational skills

- ServSafe Certification preferred
Compensation:
