You’ll work on a wide range of project types, including background infrastructure projects and everyday civic spaces that don’t always make headlines. From gas stations to stadiums, parking lots, downtown infill lots, community gardens, trails, and beyond.
You will be juggling multiple deliverables, sweating the details in the field, literally, and collaborating on shared deadlines, which may appear out of the blue. That means being accountable to your teammates as much as you are to your clients. If you value craft, utility, impact, and growth more than the spotlight, you’ll fit right in.
